1. What services are included in your rates?
Our rates include: vehicle rental, car maintenance and lubricants, unlimited mileage, Third Party Liability, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with excess, Theft Protection with excess, local taxes, breakdown assistance 24/7, pick-up and drop-off / airport fee, and VAT 20%.
2. What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car in Agadir, you must present your driving licence, your passport (for MRE and foreigners), a residence permit or a valid identity card. A copy of these documents will be made and archived by the agency.
3. How will the payment be made?
Payment can be made either by credit card or cash, at the time of booking online or at the time of collecting the vehicle.
4. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Sometimes a deposit is required when booking the vehicle. The deposit is a bank pre-authorisation that allows the agency to cover any issues not included in the contract and caused by your liability during the rental. If you do not see the "security deposit" option when booking, it means it is not required for the car you have chosen.

6. Can anyone else drive the car?

7. Can I change the car if I notice a mechanical failure?
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, please contact our agency or the 24/7 assistance service (included in the rental contract). A repair authorisation or a car replacement can be offered by the agency.
8. Vehicle Trackers
Some of our vehicles contain tracking devices which will be used in accordance with our data protection policy.
9. Pricing
Pricing is quoted on a per day basis (24-hour period). Our rates start from just €19/day and include all the services listed above with no hidden fees.
10. How much is the deposit / insurance excess?
In the event of a responsible accident, you will pay CLICKNGO Car Rental a deductible (excess) based on the insurance option you selected when booking your car.
