General Rental Conditions
- Minimum age: 21 years old with at least 2 years of valid driving license
- A valid driving license and ID must be presented for each rental
- Certificates of loss or theft are not accepted
Accepted Payment Methods
A deposit by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), cheque, or cash may be requested at vehicle pick-up. The deposit amount equals the deductible (see Insurance section). Payment of the estimated rental amount is required at the start of the rental period.
What's Included in Our Rates
Our rates include:
- Oil, maintenance, and vehicle documents
- Vehicle delivery at Agadir Airport, Agadir hotels, or within the city of Agadir
- Unlimited mileage
- All-risk insurance with a non-waivable deductible
Our rates do not include:
- The non-waivable deductible in case of theft
- Fuel: vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start
- Vehicle delivery to cities outside Agadir
- Traffic fines and penalties
- Scratches and dents (see Damage section below)
Damage Policy
Scratches and dents on the bodywork are considered damage and you will be charged for repairs. Generally, any scratch of two inches (5 cm) or more is classified as damage. Multiple minor scratches may also be classified as damage.
Interior damage (upholstery scratches, stains, etc.) can cost up to 500 EUR maximum. We recommend keeping animals in cages and using seat covers to avoid interior penalties.
Rental Period
The tenant agrees to return the vehicle to the lessor on the date specified in the contract. The rental period is calculated per 24 hours and is not prorated.
Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by all-risk insurance, subject to a non-waivable deductible.
Basic Coverage — High Excess: 2,500 EUR
In case of a serious accident for which you are 100% responsible (without a second vehicle involved), you will pay an excess of 2,500 EUR.
Total Coverage — Low Excess: 1,500 EUR
In case of a serious accident for which you are 100% responsible (without a second vehicle involved), you will pay an excess of 1,500 EUR.
Damage to the vehicle is covered only upon production of an accident report. If you are not responsible for the accident, no charges will apply. If you are responsible, only the damage caused to our vehicle will be your responsibility.
