What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year), a passport or national ID card, and a credit/debit card for the security deposit. International visitors may also need an International Driving Permit depending on their country.
Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old. Drivers between 21 and 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some vehicle categories require a minimum age of 25.
What is included in the rental price?
All our rental prices include third-party liability insurance, unlimited mileage (on most vehicles), 24/7 roadside assistance, and airport pickup/drop-off. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is also available.
Can I pick up the car from Agadir Airport?
Yes! We offer free pickup and drop-off at Agadir Al Massira Airport. Simply mention your flight details when booking and our team will be waiting for you at arrivals.
What is the fuel policy?
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You are expected to return the car with a full tank. If you return it without a full tank, the difference will be charged at the prevailing local fuel price plus a refuelling service fee.
Can I drive to other cities in Morocco?
Yes, our cars can be driven anywhere in Morocco. If you plan to cross into other countries (Spain via Ceuta/Melilla, etc.), please inform us in advance as special arrangements and additional insurance may be required.
What happens if I have an accident?
In case of an accident, call our 24/7 emergency line immediately. Do not move the vehicle if it is unsafe to do so. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange a replacement vehicle if needed.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the pickup time free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Contact us by phone or email to make changes.
Are there any extra charges?
Optional extras include a GPS navigator, child seat, additional driver, and full insurance upgrade. All extras are clearly listed during booking. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you offer long-term rental discounts?
Absolutely! We offer special rates for rentals of 7 days or more, monthly rentals, and corporate accounts. Contact us for a personalised quote for extended rentals.
